| Description | This course is offered in 2nd semester of Automation and Robotics and uses both theory and lab to introduce students to semi-conductor devices characteristics and application circuits. Devices such as diodes, transistors and Op-Amps are introduced and their applications are discussed. Applications such as signal rectifiers, voltage regulation , digital switching and amplifiers are fully analyzed. |
